Mission nearly impossible

I know you guys out there are prob not interested in what I eat everyday. But still, I've decided to list it out.

This is my latest weight loss strategy. Despite countless attempts in dieting over the years, it has NEVER worked before, no thanks to my super weak detemination.

So I was thinking by listing out my unhealthy diet and thus humiliating myself, I'd be 'shamed' into eating more healthily.

Day 1
breakfast:
4 pieces of milk choc digestive biscuits
lunch:
salad
whole roll of sushi
teabreak:
4 pieces of milk choc digestive biscuits
dinner:
1/2 an apple pie
lian rong bao
supper:
3 chipsmore cookies

result: FAILED

Day 2
breakfast:
1 bottle of herbal tea
egg sandwich
lunch:
1/3 hokkien mee
yami yoghurt
teabreak:
1 cup of grapes
3 pieces of milk choc digestive biscuits
dinner:
1 choc-flavoured pancake from Mr Bean
supper:
6 chipsmore cookies. or was it 7 or 8? I lost count. But I'm still hungry anyway.

result: FAILED!!!!

If this goes on, my mission nearly-impossible is going to fail! And that is to shed at least 3kg by end of Aug and maintain that weight at least till end of Sept!

HOW?! HELP!
