Hm. What is it about my face that makes quite a handful of people who saw me for the first time and go, "You look familiar... Have you been/work to/at.... ??"

Most recently, this comment were received from 2 out of the 3 agencies I've met, with 1 of them even asking, "You look so familiar! Were you 1 of the F1 gals at the race last year?" Eh..

Another supplier I met from work once said that I looked like Belinda, the Mediacorp actress. Far from it, that's what I thought.

Colleagues said I looked like one of their ex-staff. After some serious pondering, they decided it was because of my smile.

A poly friend said I look like his ex. Probably cos I'm also dimpled and short.

I once went for a part-time job interview and the interview asked, "You look familiar.. Did your sister work here before or something..?"

Usually, I'd just tell people, "This is the umpteeth time I've heard this. No, I dont know you and I've never seen you before. It's just that I have a common face and features."

Then this gal told me that I shouldnt say that.

Yah, it's becos I have the celebrity face, that's why everyone thinks they've seen me before. HEH!!
