![]() Feedback letter to Cotton On
♥ Saturday, May 30, 2009 11:17 PM Sharing with all of you about our unpleasant shopping experience in Cotton On: Hi, I am writing in to complain about the service of your staff at Singapore's Wisma outlet on 29 May 09, around 9+pm. It was nearing closing time when I was in the outlet with my 2 friends, along with several other customers. Even though the staff might have gone through a long and tough day, it should definitely be NO reason why they should let their service slip. I was totally appalled when I heard a few staff complaining audibly about a customer who had tried about 20 pieces of items and ended up not buying, and even resort to calling the customer immature names like ‘pig’ – in front of all of us. I could understand the frustration the staff had been feeling when she encountered that, but to whine and insult a customer while there were obviously other patrons around was absolutely not acceptable. This incident left me utterly disappointed at the service of a well-known brand like Cotton On. It might be tricky to ensure consistent and tip-top service of all your staff, but I felt they should at least know the basics. I hope to receive a satisfactory response from the management of Cotton On soon. Thank you. & they live happily ever after...
